What this website collects

Almost nothing. There is no account system, no newsletter signup, no analytics script and no advertising tag on these pages. The only cookies set while you browse come from our chat widget, described under Third parties below.

As with any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs — the requesting IP address, the page requested and the time — which exist for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to build any profile of you.

The enquiry form

The form on our contact page does not send anything to us directly. It assembles what you typed into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp on your own device, with the message ready but unsent. Nothing leaves your device unless you press send in WhatsApp, and nothing is stored on this website at any point.

Once you do send it, the message is handled by WhatsApp under Meta’s privacy terms, and we see it the same way we see any other customer message. We keep enquiry messages only for as long as it takes to answer you.

Third parties

Three things on this site involve someone other than us:

• Tidio live chat. The chat bubble in the corner of the page is provided by Tidio, including its Lyro assistant. It loads after the page and sets its own cookies so a conversation survives you moving between pages. If you start a chat, what you type is processed by Tidio on our behalf so that we can reply. You do not have to use it — the phone numbers and WhatsApp link work just as well.
• Google Maps. The map on our home and contact pages is embedded from Google. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy rather than ours. If you would rather avoid that, the written address above works just as well.
• WhatsApp. Our WhatsApp links open wa.me, which is operated by Meta. Following one takes you onto their service.

Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page here does not contact Google Fonts or any other font service.

In the shop

If you give us a phone number at the counter — for a bill, an exchange or to be told when stock arrives — we use it for that purpose only. We do not sell or share customer contact details with anyone.

Your choices

You can ask us what contact details we hold for you and ask us to delete them. Call +91 78988 05732 or email info@rajafootwear.com and we will sort it out.

Changes

If we add anything to this site that collects data, this page is updated to say so before it goes live. The text above is generated from the site’s own configuration, so it cannot fall out of step with what the pages actually load.
